Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Rudram Solutions ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Rudram Solutions provides web design, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX design and related technology services. The specific scope, timeline and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement agreed between the parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and timely information required for project delivery.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Ensuring they own or have proper rights to all content, materials and assets provided to us.
• Timely payment as per the agreed payment schedule.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before project commencement.
• Milestone payments are due as per the agreed schedule.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
• Invoices unpaid after 15 days may attract a late payment fee of 2% per month.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for the project. Rudram Solutions retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries and methodologies used in the delivery of services. Third-party resources (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. We are happy to sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request. Our obligations survive the termination of the agreement.

6. Revisions and Change Requests

The number of revision rounds included in a project is specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes to scope may be subject to additional charges billed at our standard hourly or fixed rates.

7. Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on agreed scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, scope changes or force majeure events may extend the timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes proactively.

8. Warranty

All projects include a 30-day post-launch warranty period during which we will fix bugs or issues that arise from our implementation at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover changes in requirements, third-party service outages or client-made modifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rudram Solutions' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed to date. We will deliver all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
